The Nordic model and organizational research highlight the benefits of employee participation collaboration between management employees. Using job crafting theory, this paper studied roles safety representatives craft for themselves in interventions, mental models that impact they craft, possible consequences these have intervention implementation. used a case study design to interview 15 different departments at university Norway regarding their role an intervention. thematic analysis identified five crafted themselves: 1) Watchdogs safeguarding work environment, 2) line managers’ implementation, 3) Counsellors manager on how implement activities, 4) Drivers who 5) Abstainers let occur without involvement. representatives’ manager, colleagues, itself appeared affect crafted.
